The Road Safety World Series tournament’s second edition is facing problems with many players who have complained of unpaid dues by the organizers. Sachin played for the India Legends team in the first edition of the tournament and led them to victory. It is reported that he is not paid in full yet, and so he has decided to skip this upcoming edition altogether. Some of the players weren’t paid a single penny, which was also reported in Bangladesh media.

This move by Sachin will affect this tournament in a major way as he was the brand ambassador for the first edition of this series. According to PTI, a source revealed this new development. “Sachin will not be competing in the RSWS this season. The event will take place in the UAE from March 1 to March 19, but Sachin will not be there in any capacity. Yes, Sachin is one of several cricketers who participated in the competition but were not paid by the organisers. And one should contact Ravi Gaikwad, the event’s primary organiser, “the source stated.
