Once downloaded & installed, click on Join to create your account. To create a new account, enter the following details:

What can I do if I feel someone else is using my Fan2Play account?

For every transaction, you will receive a notification on your email, with details about the transaction. If you
find that a transaction is not done by you, we advise you to notify us on support@fan2play.com and reset your password as soon as possible.

How do I login if I have forgotten my verified mobile number and email ID?

You need to enter your username and password to login to your account. Email and Phone number are not required for login purposes. In case you have forgotten your username, please contact support@fan2play.com along with account-specific information like email and phone number. You can even log in to the Fan2Play account using your Facebook and Google IDs.

The mobile number is taken at the time of registration. In case, you want to update the mobile number, you can do so by visiting the KYC section in Settings.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

You may follow the steps mentioned below if you have forgotten your password:

  • On the login screen, enter your username and click on forgot password.
  • A link to reset the password, will be sent to you on your registered email id.
  • Using the link provided in the email, you can reset your password and login using your new password.
  • If you do not find the email from Fan2Play in your primary inbox, kindly check your promotions, spam or junk folders.

I am not able to login with my mobile number, what should I do?

You can’t login using mobile number.
In case you have forgotten your username, please contact support@fan2play.com along with account-specific information like email and phone number. You can even log in to the Fan2Play account using your Facebook and Google IDs.

I am not receiving the OTP, what should I do?

Once you enter your mobile number, you will receive an OTP within 30 seconds. In case you have not received the OTP, the following may have happened:

  • Mobile number provided by you may be incorrect
  • Your mobile maybe out of the network coverage area
  • If you are in a poor network area, we request you to be patient.

In case, you do not receive the OTP after a considerable wait,
please write to us on support@fan2play.com.

How can I reset my password?

You may follow the steps mentioned below to reset your password:

  • Go to Settings on the app.
  • Click on the ‘Change’ password.
  • Enter the current and new password to reset it

However, if you are signed up using your social network credentials ( like Facebook, Google etc) then you will not be able to change your Password in Fan2Play.

You need to Login on your social network provider and change the Password there.

How can I activate my deactivated Fan2Play account?

During our regular scanning of accounts, in case our audit team finds that your PAN card is not verified on Fan2Play, they might deactivate your Fan2Play account. In such cases, your Fan2Play account will appear as suspended.

In such case, you need to write to support@fan2play.com and provide your PAN card details. Once the PAN details are verified by Fan2Play, your account shall be reactivated.

Can I delete my Fan2Play account?

Sorry, you cannot delete your Fan2Play account on your own. If you wish to delete your account,
kindly email us on support@fan2play.com and we will take the required action for you.

Can I create more than one account on Fan2Play?

No, you cannot create more than one account on the fan2play app.

If a minor is playing on Fan2Play what can be done?

A minor cannot play on the Fan2Play. All users must be verified through their PAN & Bank Account. However,
if you notice any kind of suspicious behavior of any other user,
kindly report to contact us on support@fan2play.com.

If I am less than 18, am I allowed to play?

Sorry, if you are less than 18 years old, you cannot play on Fan2Play as per current age restriction.

Can I play, if I am a resident of any of the states of Telangana, Nagaland, Odisha, Assam and Sikkim?

The laws in states of Telangana, Nagaland, Odisha, Assam and Sikkim, do not permit residents to participate in fantasy gaming. Thus, if you are a resident of any of these states, you cannot play on Fan2Play platform.

Why PAN card is required to get my Fan2Play account verified?

As taxes are deducted on the withdrawal of winning amount, hence PAN Card details are mandatory.

Verification Process

You will not be allowed by Fan2Play to withdraw your winning amount without the submission and verification of the below mentioned documents.

Mobile

To complete the mobile verification, the user can follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the setting icon on the bottom right.
  2. Click on the mobile number
  3. Enter the 10-digit mobile number
  4. Request for OTP.
  5. Once the OTP is received, enter the OTP.
  6. This completes the verification process for mobile number.
Email

To complete the email verification, the user can follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the setting icon on the right bottom.
  2. Click on the email
  3. Enter the email id
  4. Request for OTP.

Bank Account

To complete the bank account verification, the user can follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the setting icon on the right bottom.
  2. Click on the KYC
  3. Enter the account number, name on the account number and IFSC code correctly. NRE accounts are not permitted.
  4. Upload the copy of the cancelled cheque
  5. This completes the verification process for bank account
PAN

To complete the bank account verification, the user can follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the setting icon on the right bottom
  2. Click on the KYC
  3. Upload the copy of PAN card.

Why the verification got rejected?

Your verification can fail if your KYC verification is not successful, due to one or several reasons as listed below:

PAN

  • You have not uploaded a full image of the original PAN card.
    • As PAN card is mandatory to complete the verification process as well as for transactions on Fan2Play, please upload a clear & full image of your original PAN Card.
    • In case, you are uploading an E-PAN card for PAN card verification process, please upload a full scanned image of the E-PAN card (both front and back).
  • Details on PAN Card do not match the details entered by you
    • You may have entered an incorrect PAN.
    • The name on your bank account does not match with the name on the PAN Card uploaded by you.
Bank Account

  • IFSC code entered is incorrect
    • IFSC code can be found on the bank statement, cheque book and passbook.
  • The uploaded cancelled cheque image is not clear
    • Upload a clear image of your cancelled cheque where in the Account number, IFSC code and your name should be clearly visible.
  • Bank account number does not match with the number on the uploaded cancelled cheque copy

Verification is still pending even after submitting the documents

After you have submitted the documents,
The verification process of Fan2Play can take a time of up to 5-7 working days for completion.
Once the verification process is completed, you will be updated by through an email.

Facing Issues while updating the information

Mobile

  • Not received an OTPOnce you enter your mobile number, you should receive an OTP within 30 seconds. In case you do not receive the OTP, please check the following:
    • Mobile number entered is correct
    • Your mobile is within network coverage area
    • If you are in a poor network area, you will receive the OTP as soon as you are in a good networkarea.

Email

How to add money into my Fan2Play account?

You can use your linked PayTM account to add money to your Fan2Play app wallet.

What type of cards can be saved/used?

Currently, you can only use PayTM account to add money.
However, you can use your Credit/Debit cards to add money into your PayTM wallet.

What if I don’t have a PayTM account?

You need to have a PayTM account to add money to your Fan2Play wallet as currently this is the only option available. We are in the process of integrating with other payment gateways as well.

Can I link more than one PayTM account on Fan2Play?

No, you cannot link more than one PayTM account to your Fan2Play wallet. PayTM account linked with your Fan2Play app wallet should be the one that can be accessed from your mobile and verified through the Fan2Play account.

How can I link my PayTM account to my Fan2Play account?

PayTM account can be linked by using OTP authentication. Visit Wallet section -> Deposit -> Enter Amount -> click on PayTM -> enter your Mobile number -> verification code will be sent to your registered Mobile number.

I’ve added money to my Fan2Play account recently, when will it appear?

The cash will be added to your Fan2Play account wallet instantly.
If it doesn’t appear in your Fan2Play account wallet within 30 minutes,
you need to email us on support@fan2play.com

Withdrawals

What is the process to withdraw my winnings?

For withdrawal request, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Login to your Fan2play app
  • Click on the Balance icon on the top left of the app.
  • Click on the withdraw box.
  • If you have an active withdrawal account, you will be able to enter the amount to be withdrawn.
  • This will be recorded in the system.
    All withdrawals will be processed within 2-3 working days
    (herein the working days refer to bank’s working days & hours) excluding the date on which the
    request is made and then transferred to your verified bank account.

For Withdrawal of your winning amount, KYC must be complete.
For KYC, you must upload a copy of PAN card, Bank account details like A/c no, IFSC,
Bank name and a cancelled cheque.

What is the Daily Withdrawal limit?

  • The minimum amount that you can withdraw from the winning balance is ₹ 100 while the maximum amount that you can withdraw in a day is ₹ 1,00,000.
  • You can place a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests in one day.

Can the money in my wallet be withdrawn in someone else’s bank account?

  • No, you cannot withdraw the winning amount to anyone else’s bank account. The available balance can only be withdrawn through the linked bank account approved during the KYC process.

Will Fan2Play charge a fee from me?

Fan2Play charges a 15% fee from the total challenge value or pool.

  • For example, if you and one of your friends participate in a challenge with INR 500 each, the pool value would be ₹1000.
  • Thus, once that challenge is settled, Fan2Play shall charge a total of ₹ 150,
    i.e. ₹ 75 from each participant. Hence, the winning amount will be ₹ 850

Do any taxes get deducted from my winnings when I withdraw into my bank account?

According to the Indian Income Tax law under section 115BB any winning on a single contest on any Fantasy game in excess of INR 10,000 is subject to a flat rate of 31.2 per cent tax on the income from winnings.

In such instances, Fan2Play will pay your winnings after deducting the applicable taxes from the total winning amount.

Below Calculation if for reference:

  • You won ₹12500 from a contest whose entry fee was ₹500
  • Your total winning becomes ₹12000 (₹12500-500). The applicable tax will be deducted from the net winning, excluding your entry fee.
  • So, Fan2Play is liable to deduct 31.2% of ₹12000 before paying you your winnings.
  • Total winning amount receivable by you is = ₹12500 – 31.2% of ₹12000
  • ₹12500-3744 (₹8756) is your total winning amount receivable.

In case of TDS deduction, you will be provided a TDS certificate in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961. TDS certificate shall be generated within 3 months from the date of winning. It will be emailed to your registered email address as soon as it is available. Below are the dates that have been scheduled to send the TDS Certificates to users’ email address registered on Fan2Play:

How long does it take to process my withdrawals?

All withdrawals request is processed within 2-3 working days
(herein the working days refer to bank’s working days & hours)
excluding the date on which the request is made and then transferred to your verified bank account.
Please ensure that your PAN and Bank account details are completely verified with Fan2Play before
placing a withdrawal request.

Why my bank account details have not been accepted for verification?

The verification for your Bank account will not be approved if it lies in the states of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland and Telangana.

Why my withdrawal shows cancelled in the system?

If your PAN and Bank account details are not verified by Fan2Play,
you are not eligible to place a request for the withdrawals.
In that event, the request will show as cancelled.

If your request for withdrawal is cancelled,
be assured that your money is safe in your Fan2Play wallet.
You may complete the verification process and place the withdrawal request again.
Please make sure your bank account does not belong to the
states of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh Nagaland and Telangana because as per the Indian government’s law game of skill is banned in these mentioned states.

Winnings

When will the winning amount be credited to my account?

Fan2Play shall credit the winnings to your Fan2Play app wallet within a couple of hours of the live match being completed and the result is declared. The result is declared alongside, with the winner and loser being informed separately through e-mail

How will I get to know about the results of the challenge?

You will be updated about the fantasy points of the players involved in the challenge through a live feed available on your Fan2Play app account. You will be able to see this in the card created for that challenge.

Once the match is completed, you will receive an email as well as a push notification from Fan2Play declaring the winner or the loser of the fantasy gaming/challenge. The winning amount will be credited to the winner’s Fan2Play app wallet.

Can there be multiple winners of a challenge?

Fan2Play is a one-to-one contest and only one user can win. There is no multiple winner contest on Fan2Play.

How can I withdraw my winnings from my Fan2Play wallet?

Fan2Play shall credit the winnings to your Fan2Play app wallet within a few hours of the live match being completed and the result being declared. You can transfer the money from your Fan2Play wallet to your bank account, once your bank account is verified.

How the prize money is distributed if there is a tie between the two players?

In case there is a tie between the two players of the challenge, the amount will be distributed equally between both the challengers.

Does the amount in my app wallet have any expiry date?

In the event that you do not transfer the amount in your app wallet account is not transferred to your bank account within the same financial year, it will be transferred automatically to your bank account which is on record with Fan2Play account, provided that your Fan2Play account has been already verified by Fan2Play.

In case you have not provided the Bank account details or you have not completed the verification process for the Fan2Play account, the amount will be forfeited by Fan2Play. Hence it is a must to have your Fan2Play account verified as early as possible. Please go through our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for more information on this issue.

Why I have not received my winning amount in my Fan2Play app wallet yet?

Fan2Play shall credit the winnings to your Fan2Play app wallet within a few hours of the live match being completed and the result being declared.

In case you do not get the amount in your account within 24 hours of declaring the result, please get in touch through email on support@fan2play.com

When will I receive my TDS certificate?

In case of TDS deduction, you will be provided a TDS certificate in accordance with the
Income Tax Act 1961. TDS certificate shall be generated within 3 months from the date of winning.
It will be emailed to your registered email address as soon as it is available.

Below are the dates that have been scheduled to send the TDS Certificates to users’
email address registered on Fan2Play:

How can I interpret my Fan2Play transactions?

Different types of transactions a user’s Fan2Play account are listed below:

  • Deposit: Whenever the user adds money into your Fan2Play account wallet, that transaction can be seen under ‘deposit’.
  • Won: Transactions related to challenges that the user has won can be seen here.
  • Withdraw: Transactions made to withdraw money from a user’s Fan2Play wallet to his/her bank account can be seen here.
  • Lost: Transactions related to the challenges that the user has lost can be seen here.
  • Voided: Transactions related to the challenges which became void due to non-acceptance of the challenge or due to cancellation of the match can be tracked here.

Is it possible to transfer money from one Fan2Play account to another?

No, you cannot transfer the balance from one Fan2Play account to another.
The available balance can only be used for fantasy gaming or can be withdrawn through the linked bank account.

How can I understand my Fan2Play wallet?

For every successful transaction, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email id .

How can the balance on my Fan2Play account be checked?

The current balance appears under the balance icon on the top left of the screen.
Click on the icon to get detail information about the transactions related to deposit and withdrawal,
challenges won and lost.

What is the expiry date of the amount in my ‘Deposits’ Account?

In the event that you do not transfer the amount in your app wallet account is not
transferred to your bank account within the same financial year,
it will be transferred automatically to your bank account which is on record with Fan2Play account,
provided that your Fan2Play account has been already verified by Fan2Play.

In case you have not provided the bank account details or you have not completed the
verification process for the Fan2Play account, the amount will be forfeited by Fan2Play.
Hence it is a must to get your Fan2Play account verified as early as possible.

Why have you refunded my challenge amount?

The Challenge amount is refunded under the following circumstances:

  • If the challenge card is not accepted by any of the opponents.
  • If the match is cancelled for which the card was created.
    This includes scenarios where the match is abandoned after it has started,
    or the match is abandoned without a single ball being bowled.
  • If none of the selected players plays match and team total score is Zero then Challenge is declared Void and money is refunded back your wallet

When are the points updated for every match?

The points are updated through live score feed as the match progresses.
Sometimes, rankings and points may take a little longer in getting
updated but be assured, once the match ends final score and
ranking shall be updated on the challenge card.

How the score is affected if a match is concluded by a Super Over?

The score is not affected by the scores of the Super Over, under any circumstances as wickets
taken and runs scored by the players are not counted in their official records.

The player I want to choose is not available on the squad of Fan2Play. What should I do?

Different publications and websites use various sources to get information
on the final squad. We have a tie-up with highly reliable third-party
service providers for the most reliable and accurate squad information.

In case, you find that a particular player is missing on our
platform, you need to email us the details of the information along with the link.

The process of adding the player into the squad would be done
2 hours before the beginning of the match. No player would be added to the squad after this deadline.

How to score points on a challenge?

The score will depend on the performance of the player in the match, so to ensure the
highest score, select the best performing player.

How long it takes to update the scores?

Scores are updated constantly as the match
progresses. When the match ends, the final scores are updated on the challenge card instantly.

I have created the challenge card before the deadline, so why my player has not received any points yet?

Points are allocated only after the match starts.

How can I verify my player’s points?

You can verify your points by clicking on the scoring link on the setting page on your Fan2play app.

To update the points on which website do you refer to?

We have a tie-up with highly reliable third-party service providers for live score feed. We even cross verify these scores with other scorecards and live score feeds to maintain accuracy while updating points.

which you must key in on the Settings page along with the new email id to update the same.
The email id will go through the verification process again with Fan2Play.

How can the mobile number be changed?

You can update the mobile number on your Fan2Play app by visiting the Settings section.
In case, the phone number is already verified with Fan2Play, you will have to write to
support@fan2play.com to update your mobile number.
The support team will send an OTP to your registered email id for verification,
which you must key in on the Settings page along with the new mobile number to update the same.
The new mobile number will go through the verification process again with Fan2Play.

Kindly note: The New phone number will be used to add funds from the linked Paytm account into your Fan2Play app wallet.

How can I change my BANK account?

In case, the phone number is already verified with Fan2Play,
you will have to write to support@fan2play.com with the new bank account details.
Once our support team deletes the previous details, you should be able to add
the new bank account details in the KYC section.
The new bank details will go through the verification process again with Fan2Play.

How can I check if the bank account is verified on my Fan2Play account?

If your bank account is verified by Fan2Play, verified will appear
in green color in front of the bank account in the settings section.

How do I change my PAN Card?

No, you cannot change the PAN card once verified with Fan2Play as it is your unique identity proof.

How do I change my state?

Once your state of residence has been verified with Fan2Play, it cannot be changed.

Why am I not receiving any email from Fan2Play on my registered Email ID?

Please check your ‘Spam’ Folder in the mailbox. Sometimes emails get directed to
your spam folder, in such case please mark Fan2Play as ‘Not Spam’.
If you do not find any of the mails in the spam folder either,
kindly email us at support@fan2play.com.

How can I unsubscribe the notifications from Fan2play?

Steps to set a strong password for your Fan2Play account

To set a strong password, please follow these recommendations:

  • Password should be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 20.
  • Password should be a combination of numbers, special characters and alphabets.
  • In your password, you should avoid using your mobile number, name and date of birth.
  • You should not share your password with anyone and keep it secure.

  • You should not keep any password that you have already used on any other website or app.
  • You should change your password every three months.

You can check the score on your challenge card through our live feed, so one can be confident about the points scored by him/her and the opponent. These scores can be cross-checked by visiting the ‘scoring’ on the app.

including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The Indian Supreme Court in the cases of State of
Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v.
State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153) has held that a game in which success
depends predominantly upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience,
and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.

Fan2Play allows a user to create a player vs player fantasy Challenge(s) against other users.
Fan2Play is different than traditional fantasy sports as a user’s line-up, also called Challenge,
consists of one player, instead of multiple players. The user doesn’t have to create a team of players.
There are no cheat codes or shortcuts for quick and easy wins.
