Tuesday’s Harris Shield final at the Bombay Gymkhana saw bowlers rule the roost as Swami Vivekanand International School, Kandivli, and Al Barkaat MMI split the victory.

Swami Vivekanand, who chose to bat, failed to form partnerships and was skittled out for 166 by Al Barkaat. Kartik Kumar, a medium pacer, got the most wickets with four for 39, while left-arm spinner Saad Khan, who took three for 37, helped him out a lot. By taking three wickets for 28 runs and assisting Swami Vivekanand in reducing Al-Barkaat to 85 for five at stumps, leg-spinner Sachit Kadam kept them in the game.
