England men and women team to tour Pakistan in October

In October, Pakistan will host the England men’s and women’s teams for a white ball series. The Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, will host all of the matches between the two teams. The two-match T20I series between England and Pakistan will be vital for the men’s sides ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup, which will take place from October 17 to November 14, 2021.

On October 9, the England men’s and women’s teams will arrive in Islamabad. Following that, the touring teams will play T20Is on October 13 and 14, with the matches being split into two halves. The England men’s squad will depart for Dubai on October 15 when the T20I series is completed.

The England women’s team, on the other hand, will remain at home and play three one-day internationals on October 17, 19, and 21. This will be the first visit to Pakistan by an England senior team (men or women) since 2005-06. The matches were originally slated to take place on October 14 and 15 at Karachi’s National Stadium, but had to be rescheduled due to operational and logistical problems.

Babar Azam and Eoin Morgan’s teams will play their final matches before heading for the championship in this series. The two teams recently faced off in a three-match T20I series in England, with the hosts winning 2-1.
